Volleyball.
Did some conditioning this afternoon with my neighbor who also plays volleyball. Holy mother eff. I mean I haven’t played volleyball in a hot minute and then I hit my body with a bullet train equivalent to the training Jessica put me through today.
I’m sore. And it doesn’t help that I’m having sushi bake tonight. I’m totally out of shape… But I’m glad...
